November 27, Thanksgiving Course Cuisine

BLT STEAK OSAKA is now accepting reservations for the limited edition THANKSGIVING COURSE on November 27, 2025.
The fourth Thursday of November is Thanksgiving Day, the American harvest thanksgiving. Families in the U.S. enjoy traditional dishes such as roasted turkey and pecan nut pie.
BLT STEAK OSAKA is offering a special menu for the day in honor of Thanksgiving Day.
A course meal using luxurious autumnal ingredients, inspired by the Harvest Festival.
Turkey Breast, available as an add-on to the a la carte menu
will be sold.
This release introduces the dishes on the course menu.

Amusements, popovers
An amuse that marks the beginning of the harvest thanksgiving.
Popovers, a popular delicacy baked with Gruyère cheese, are another face of BLT!

 

Low-Temp Turkey Breast with Grilled Vegetables and Cranberry Sauce
Moist and juicy turkey breast with colorful seasonal grilled vegetables and sweet and sour cranberry sauce.

 

Harvest Festival Salad with Apples, Walnuts and Mushrooms
This seasonal salad is full of the flavors of autumn.
