A variety of gastronomic delights suitable for a holy night, using the finest ingredients. Today we will introduce soup and fish dishes from the course menu.

Fish Cuisine] Fricassee of Ezo Abalone and Scallops
Fresh Ezo abalone nurtured in the rich waters of Hokkaido and scallops with an appealing plump texture are used in this luxurious dish.
