BLT STEAK OSAKA is now accepting reservations for the HALLOWEEN COURSE from October 1 to 31, 2025.
A special course where the flavors of autumn and the magic of Halloween meet. Today we will introduce an appetizer dish from the course menu.

Appetizer] Chilled squid ink and salmon gnocchi with lemon cream sauce
Starting with the amuse, the famous popovers and the cold gnocchi, which serves as an appetizer, are in Halloween colors of squid ink and salmon.
The refreshing lemon cream sauce is lightly spreadable.
