BLT STEAK OSAKA is now accepting reservations for the CHRISTMAS COURSE from December 19 to 25, 2025.
A variety of gastronomic delights suitable for a holy night, using the finest ingredients. Today we will introduce an appetizer dish from the course menu.
Amuse] Terrine de foie gras
The amuse begins with foie gras terrine, a rich and smooth dish.
And of course, our famous popovers. These are baked with Gruyère cheese and browned on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
[Appetizer] Angel Prawns and Salmon Rillettes Melange Noel Style
The sweetness and plumpness of fresh angel prawns are combined with smooth and rich salmon rillettes.
It is a luxurious looking gem in the shape of a Christmas wreath.
